G.O. Ministries began visiting Hoyo de Bartola, The Hole, in 1993. After several visits to this place, there was no question that we wanted to make a financial commitment; and with God's help, try to make a difference in this community.
We began by talking to many different Pastors asking who would be willing to start the church and kids outreach in The Hole. Felix Abreu answered and said "here I am Lord!"

In the beginning, Felix and his wife, Jenny, commuted 20 minutes to work in The Hole each day before they decided to move into the community they were serving. Now, Felix, Jenny, and their son Natanael live just above the rim of The Hole and serve over 120 kids a hot meal 6 days a week!
They have a church that is growing and an enormous potential for sports outreach.
